Groezock, Etc.

So we got back from Brussels yesterday and back to work today. Had a great time. This is the way a festival should be done. Good bands, no trouble, organized, etc. Without Phil, Hans and our good friends in Maastricht none of this would have been possible. Pretty tough for working stiffs to make it across the pond for one show, so much respect due to everyone involved in helping us out- I just hope we can return even a fraction of the favor(s) some day.
My legs are shot, just from running around the festival grounds and all over Maastricht (beautiful city if you get a chance to go). Forgot the set lists and got in a Sprinter to get a ride back to the dressing room area and I still didn't grab them all (10 minutes before we went on). Good job.
Set was a lot of fun, esp Patrick coming out to close with As One with us. I think ya'll liked our 2 new songs, which is always interesting -especially when you haven't recorded anything in like 10 years. What can we tell ya, we really like writing/playing together- have a good chemistry for it... We did not aim for "Cute".
Then Vinny "borrowed" my pass and got me stuck outside of the merch tent for like 2 hours. Wanted to choke a security guard for not letting me in but it was my own damn fault. Oh well. walked around checked out (probably like 1/4th) the booths and whatnot. They had a "Chaos Tent" -and DJing some good reggae/dub into. Circle of urinals (not a band) outside in the open air- interesting. Gonna miss our friends over there. Next year?

Steve O!

As you know, Alex (Arsons/Higher Giant/Silent Fury) is playing bass for us now. Long time Grey Area bassman Steve O'Brien left us, but only to take on such things like: Getting married, moving to California and a baby boy on the way! (CONGRATS!).
He is in a new band, I am the Conqueror: check them out at:

Add them on Facebook too: http://www.facebook.com/IATCHC

First Post- Mildly Interesting

I'm gonna leave this up to Al to make interesting, if he can. He is our new bass player and really talks a good game. Anyway, we are psyched about the new split with Go Rydell and some other new songs we recorded in January 2011. Long time coming. Got Groezrock coming up which is exciting since we haven't been farther west/south/north than Pa./Virginia/Burlington in 12 years! Supposedly "LI Fest" in June and a few other things in the works.
Will leave ya'll with a photo until Al blesses you with his words of wisdom.
